Yummy Turkey Pasta

Yummy Turkey Pasta

PROVIDED BY: SUSANT

  • 1 12-ounce package bow tie pasta
  • 1 12-ounce package colored corkscrew pasta
  • 1 20-ounce can pineapple tidbits, well drained
  • 2 cups sliced celery
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup dried cranberries or red grapes
  • 4 cups turkey, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 16-ounce bottle coleslaw dressing

Cook pastas according to package directions. Drain and place in a large bowl with remaining ingredients except mayonnaise and dressing. Combine mayonnaise and dressing. Pour over pasta mix. Mix well. * We used grapes (and adding dried cranberries to my serving only). **I did not add the mayonnaise because the pasta had plenty of dressing without it. I sprinkled cashews over individual dished up servings so we could store left overs without the nuts getting moist. It went over well. We also made Pumpkin Delight as dessert incentive for brave littilies that tried the new recipe.
