Each year on the first Saturday in December, the university president hosts a President's Christmas Party on campus for employees and their families. Joe's Parents invited us when Hannah was little and we've gone almost every year. Because these parties have a lot of lines and are crowded, we've come up with some coping strategies. We bring little with us (because it ends up being carried), take the stroller, and bring the baby carrier. Joe was very grateful for his Android phone that made waiting in line easier. The party has crafts for children, Santa meeting and photo op, doughnuts and punch, an activity and game zone, and local entertainment (children dancing and singing).
