Miss R informed us Friday after school that a card-holder was needed for Fifth grade Valentines and it was to be a contest. She had an idea after seeing for paper mache hot-air balloons and so we spent late Friday night gluing paper to a balloon.
She added the paper "stripes" to the balloon on Saturday and we finished up the balloon late Sunday night (of course--always too much to do, isn't there?).
She won the "Most Uplifting Prize" which was a bunch of colored balloon shaped suckers.

That is sooooooo Awesome!!! I can't wait till my kids acually want to do craft projects. I mean come up with the ideas. Rebekah you're so cool.(your moms cool too :))
