Toasted Marshmallows and Stars
Joe eating at Grubsteak off Prospekter, Park City. This is the Ribeye (huge steak).
Dusk at the Montage (Approximately 8:30 p.m.). We roasted marshmallows, including the gourmet hotel made: (mocha), peppermint, caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, and regular. We drank hot cocoa and absorbed the magic of the stars and snow, lights and mist. Magic!
Caramel and vanilla melt like Creme Brûlée.
